Return Eligibility: You may return the product for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your lamp must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a detailed description of the issue and photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible, which may include shipping you a new item or issuing a refund.
Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items are exempt from being returned.
Refunds Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
